The musical playground of ‘Cabana Belgicana’ spans the prairie of Americana, blues and country. More than a localised genre, it is a universal feeling, a way of life, an attitude.
Guitars, mandolins, banjos, drums… travel in search of music that speaks of ‘the end’. Because everything ends, happiness and unhappiness, and life too. ‘It’s not dark yet, but it’s getting there,’ says Bob Dylan. And yet, there is always light at the end of the tunnel!
For our talented musicians, there is only one language that expresses both pain and desire, that tells of restless joy, melancholy and amused sobs.
